Excellent interiors (the small elegant touches are noticeable), nice beds, kitchen, easy access to Niagara Falls. The hostess was nice and quick to respond when needed.

1) The location - although close to the Falls the neighborhood didn’t feel safe. 2) The half bathroom needs some basic accessories, e.g., toilet paper holder, towel holder etc. The paint job needs some touch up as well. 3) The AC needs to be fixed - it gets freezing downstairs while the bedrooms are still hot. 4) The description needs to be clear about 1.5 bathrooms. It’s difficult to discern from the photos.

The inside of the home is nicely done.

When I arrived I was extremely surprised and disappointed by the area in which it is located—specifically, the Little Italy neighborhood of downtown Niagara Falls. The surrounding area appears significantly run-down, with visible signs of poverty, a high presence of homeless individuals, and an overall atmosphere that felt unsafe for my family. Unfortunately, the listing did not accurately reflect the exterior of the home or the condition of the neighborhood. There were no photos of the outside of the property or any indication of the surrounding environment, which I believe is misleading. When I expressed these concerns to the property owner, I was met with a refusal to provide any form of refund, despite the clear misrepresentation of the listing. Out of concern for our safety, my family and I chose not to stay and instead secured a home in a safer area.

Excellent property

Accommodations was excellent. The house was very clean loved the decorating. Hostess was very pleasant.

Need a few rigs or mats at the entrance for shoes. Everything else was flawless.
