Poor circulation in the bedroom and wasn’t clear that it was a room and shared areas. had to read the fine print to see that so everything after that was no good.
USAfter having an unpleasant experience it tainted our view of the property. There was nothing to like.
The lock system malfunctioned. As a result we were locked out of our room for 3 hours. We had to call over 5 times before someone let us in the room. After arriving they blamed us for tampering with the lock. We had our dog with us and it was very unpleasant being locked out. Additionally it was at dinner time and we missed our tour and it made us unable to go to dinner. When we complained the owner again blamed us. Never once did he even apologize for the experience. Also we got 1 towel per person for 3 days. I dared ask for another towel but was told it was impossible and they had laundry. There is no laundry soap provided of course. An awful start to our thanksgiving.
USIt is very convenience, pretty comfortable. It's a nice place to stay at seattle downtown. I'll love to back it again when I plan to visit seattle downtown next time!
