LT 0 - Studio Apartment - Free Street Parking

The space was good. It was clean and warm.

The toilet was on outside of apartment which for 2 people who have to get up in the night isn't great. We had issues with the sound on the TV but once I contacted the owner and a few complicated steps later it was resolved. The settee was very uncomfortable to sit on for few hours and the bed was too soft. This resulted in having backache. On using the shower, for both of us, the light went out during this and even refused to come back on for a time. Early in the mornings we could hear a drumming sound which we couldn't locate. The bathroom had nowhere for toiletries so had to use kitchen sink. No where to hang coats. Outside the apartment there is lots of overflowing bins which made it look like a dirty neighbourhood. Sorry for all the negative comments and hopefully this will help with some improvements.

The room was cleaned to satisfactory standard. The facilities were okay.

The TV had a big issue with the volume and sound. Had very poor quality TV Speakers despite extensive efforts to change the settings. Painful on the ear to listen to the grainy audio. Ruined the TV experience sadly. The contact number would not ring and did not call back at all. The toilet tissue ran out and not able to reach anyone to ask for more. No check in from the host sadly to see we were okay. The bed was poor quality and the mattress was quite soft and quite uncomfortable. The area/location is quite frightening at nights with odd and perculiar people hanging around the flats. Odd layout to the flat with the toilet outside the actual room. Also, there is another floor upstairs which can be noisy at times and also the stairs are directly outside the main door to the apartment.

There’s nothing I like about this property. Owners/hosts has the worst attitude in the world.

The people managing this property are the worst. Zero customer care service. They will not pick your calls. Their cleaners comes two hours after check in time and when you complain the host will start raining insults on you. This is the most uncoordinated apartment I’ve ever booked. I advise you to ignore the good looks Od this property because it’s just a set up. It’s not worth it
