Clean enough room Kind and helpful staff

Tried to put us in an older room despite booking, claimed it was an “upgrade” as bed was bigger but the room was NOT what we paid or asked for. Got moved with ease into the new building after complaining, think it is a tactic to sell more rooms. Really disheartening after a long day of a travel with an anxious partner to get into a room that we didn’t ask for, conjoint to some randoms and a bathroom that has never seen bleach. Both bathrooms in the original and new room had never been cleaned with bleach or CLR which was clear just based on the shower screens and how dirty they were. Buffet breakfast is lacking and not worth it Property is far away from beach front, no path for the first 100m so not safe on the road, up a really steep hill that buggered us.
