The property is very nice, well equiped, clean and modern. The owner was nice, responsive and recommended us a lot of places to visit.

It was a bit far from the center of Nikiti, but it's a nice walk till there. We went in July and it was pretty hot, especially at the upper floor in the room without AC.

We had a great experience. The house is very nice, clean and has an amazing sea view. The location is quiet and beautiful located in the heart of Old Town Nikiti. Our landlord was very helpful and friendly. The price for the house was very good as well. I would definitely recommend!

Only one thing. Not all bedrooms had air conditioner. Some of them had a fan, which wasn't always enough to cool the rooms.
