Very near the beach. Clean and modern. The front yard was a big plus. Parking space for the car is perfect. Host was very accommodating and recommended a lot of activities and places to go.

The apartment is as shown on the photos and is really comfortable. It has private parking connected to a huge terrace that goes around the flat. The owners give us advice about what beaches to visit and they also welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Cagliari downtown is about 15 minutes from the flat.

There was a bit of noise from the main road.

We had a lovely apartment with everything we needed ( exactly as described), comfortable beds, air-conditioning, a great location, everything handy: shops, beaches, attractions.... Thank you, Giovanni, for your help and assistance, we had an unforgettable holiday .

Everything from booking to check out was incredibly easy, smooth, and satisfying! The landlord had offered us a secure and trustworthy transfer driver from the airport and a full range of interesting places to visit during our vacation there. Even though we had a late check-in, he was nice, helpful, and understanding, waiting for us in front of the place. We were greeted and felt more than welcome when we entered an amazingly high level clean and shiny house, with a bottle of wine waiting us on the table, pack of super tasty local cookies, and on the top of that some local food to easy cook regarding our late check in. Surprisingly happy of the look of the place, as per pictures, looks way more nice and beautiful! There was offered a beach umbrella and towels for all of us too! During our stay, the landlord helped us with all our queries plus super friendly even all our questions. The comfort of the beds was great. The full range of equipment in the place makes our stay more that easy going and like home. Well done! Despite all our previous experiences with different places and locations, I can surely say that was the best experience ever! Thanks a lot for the warm welcoming and everything!!! It was a pleasure to be your guests 😀 Definitely we will be back again!

Great host, handful of useful tips for places to visit, beautiful and clean space, and of course the garden - I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Cagliari. It's close to everything, yet peaceful and very holiday-like.

The property is family friendly, very quite. Cot was provided for free for small children. The host even lent beach toys for our kid for free. Stroller can be lent for a small fee, worth it. Communication with host was done via Whatsapp. The host responded very quickly, and provided very useful information/answers. Good restaurants within 20 minutes walking. One can also take buses (be careful that bus does not run late at night).

Not about the property but in general in the area, there is no children playground available. One can go to Poetto (ang. via Tremiti) bus stop. The park there has a nice children playground, and is near the beach.

It is new, cozy, very clean and beautiful apartment with nice yard. You have everything you need to stay there. Also as for us it’s good location with a good park beside and handy public transport. But the main thing it’s host. Giovanni’s hospitality made our holiday at Sardegna unforgettable and very comfortable. And it’s not easy with 2 children😁 He helped us a lot. And had answers to all our questions. Also we really thankful for his help with car rent. Driving around the island was amazing experience.
