NEW Apartment in Lo Pagán - San Javier- Swimming Pool - Sea 50m away

The location was excellent, nice and clean and comfortable.

It’s not a complaint about the property just that we had construction works opposite putting up scaffolding and the kangoing rendering off the walls from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm so we were unable to enjoy the outside space.

We have just spent two weeks here and found everything perfect. Very good location for restaurants bars and beach. Well equipped apartment all on the ground floor. Had a very enjoyable time, will return.

Estaba todo perfecto

El apartamento es perfecto. La cocina, las habitaciones, los dos baños, la terraza interior y la exterior, todo está nuevo y muy muy limpio. Los baños son super confortables. Aire acondicionado en toda la casa. Se siente acogedor desde el primer minuto. La piscina es increíble, las fotos no le hacen justicia. 10/10 Nos recibió Isabelle para darnos las llaves, ella transmite mucha calidez, es muy cordial y es un amor.

Alles is perfect uitgelegd door Isabelle . Appartement is heel proper en mooi met comfortabele bedden , goede airco en alles is aanwezig voor een toffe vakantie. Het zwembad was ook top , ik heb hier alle dagen meedere keren in geweest met de kinderen. Echt een aanrader voor wie in een mooi en gezellig appartement met zwembad en dicht bij de zee en winkels wil verblijven. Jacques en Isabelle ik kom hier zeker terug. We were self catering and the location is perfect.

The property is practically brand new and very well equipped with all that was required for our 2 week stay. There are only eight apartments and we were fortunate that other 7 were vacant and therefore we had sole pool use. Of course given the situation of the property at end of block and on ground floor, the pool was outside the back door. Location is also wonderful with 5 minute walk along the lovely Mar Menor to several bars / restaurants. A further 10 minute walk takes you to even greater choices for food and drink. The property was spotless on arrival and support/ contact with the host Jacques and his family were quite simply a joy.

Superb location close to the beautiful beach, also within easy walking distance of several restaurants and supermarkets for those who don't drive. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything you would need.. The pool is lovely accessed through your own private sunbathing/ eating outside area. The agent Isabelle and her husband are friendly and welcoming and always contactable if you have any problems or questions. The owner Jacques messaged several times to make sure everything was ok and we were happy. A great holiday experience.
