The location is the big plus for this house as well as the helpful and generous hosts. The old town and a lot of facilities are at your doorstep and the accommodation feels like home, especially the living room. There are every kind of amenities you might need during your stay, like shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, pans and bowls in the kitchen, we also found delicious Turkish tea and sugar there. Owner left it for us, it's a very good option for anyone planning to have some time in Tbilisi. PS. Tbilisi is Gorgeous city, you must visit and explore it.

A true gem, a beautiful apartment in an amazing location, surrounded by historical buildings of the city and amazing restaurants and cafés. Hosts were very responsive and left wine for us upon arrival as the present for our 10th marriage anniversary. thank you. The place truly felt like home.

Nice staff and good service. The amenities meet high standards. Fortunately, the beds were extremely soft, and even though the apartment was located in the heart of Tbilisi, the room was very quiet, I have a sleeping problem but I slept there very well. Recommended from our side.

We had the most fantastic time in this apartment. A beautiful space, in a great location with the most helpful and communicative host. Every detail has been thought about in the apartment - with an amazing bathroom, cooking and washing facilities. it is the perfect base to explore the city from, with sun-soaked windows to enjoy when you are in the apartment. The place was one of our best booking stays. The flat was clean, spacious, had everything needed to live and was a great location for restaurants, buses, etc. It is right in the center of Tbilisi yet very quiet and safe. was very helpful and responsive to all our needs. We highly recommend the place!

Excellent location. Comfy beds. Great help to have a well working washer/dryer in the unit. We failed to reserve a parking spot for our car, but when the host saw we were traveling by car he helped us find a parking spot at the building by himself, overall great accommodation for what we paid and more, the apartment itself was spacious clean and comfy, the location just could not have been better.

The location is in the heart of Tbilisi and at the same time on a very quiet street. This place has so many cute little things and amenities that exceeded our expectations. There is everything you might need if you stay with your family or with your friends. We were surprised by the softest mattresses.

The flat was great for our family. We each had our own space and a comfortable area to come together for dinner and hanging out. We didn’t use the kitchen that much, but it looked well stocked with cooking supplies and dishes. We were very happy with the accommodations.
