Nothing. The place was nothing like the pictures. The furniture was old and torn. The paint was coming off the walls. It looked like an abandoned haunted house.

Everything about this place. I was unable to get in touch with the staff. We stayed there 1 night and moved out the next morning. There were no cups, no water, there was dirt that filled the balcony door rails. This place was extremely below standards and should not be on booking.com. I have been trying to get a refund but the owner isn't responding to me or booking.com

Spacious

Fraud. Not exactly like the pictures given. Small dining table only for 4 pax. A wrecked sofa covered with cloth. Wrong info's. You have to park at different building, bring up all your luggages up to 2nd floor. Accessible only with stairs. If you want to go swimming, you have to go to other building. And stairs. They not sincere in this business. They tell you which floor (in my case, 2nd floor and I have a knee problem) only after you've made payment. Yes, they provide you info with phrase "upper floor accessible only with stair". The apartment is two storey. I got it. But the problem is they didn't tell you to access the apartment, you have to go up thru stairs to 2nd floor, then you can access the apartment. Please avoid this premise if you have problem with stairs. I only stay for 1 night instead of 3 nights. I did ask for refund, but they keep telling me to ask booking.com because they only provide rooms. BS.

The location is just nice , great ambient , the host is super friendly and very helpful with all the question asked . Parking bay is also provided for guest and on site visitor parking . Facilities is complete and easy to excess .

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the apartment rented for my family’s stay in Cyberjaya during a special occasion — a graduation ceremony. The overall experience was highly disappointing, and it fell far below acceptable hospitality standards. Despite the listing and expectations set, the apartment was in extremely poor condition upon our arrival. The following issues were observed: Damaged Furniture: The sofa was broken and covered with cloth to conceal the damage. It was not only uncomfortable but also unsafe to use. Non-functioning Air Conditioner: The air-conditioning unit was not functioning properly, leading to an uncomfortably warm stay. This was reported but no technician came to inspect or resolve it. Dirty and Smelly Kitchen: The kitchen area had a strong unpleasant odor and the floor was sticky, suggesting it was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Missing Basic Amenities: There was no mirror in the bedroom — a basic requirement for any accommodation. Filthy Balcony Area: The area outside the sliding door was extremely dirty and emitted a foul smell, making it unusable and unsightly. Inappropriate Decor: A small whiteboard, completely scribbled with messy writing, was left in the unit. It created an unkempt and unprofessional appearance.Even more disappointing than the apartment’s condition was the lack of response from the management team: When we called to report these issues, no proper action was taken. A cleaner was promised but never arrived until the very last day, just before our departure. The air-conditioning issue was never attended to. Repeated messages and calls were met with the same response: "Please update in the group", with no follow-through or accountability.
