I have cancel on the day we wanted to stay as the house were not clean and not safe for my family I have review to the owner and cancel at the time and the deduction were made 300 plus and the balance has no information from the property or booking app as I cancelled at the moment .
MYNo breakfast given The location is ok but we have to climb the stairs. We have problems with our leg n knees.
The floor need to be repaired since the tile is not even. Very dangerous to kids
MYCheck in procedure is easy. Instructions are clear.
Aircond not working in two rooms. Pictures are from few years ago. Current things look run down. Walls and floors are dirty. Toilets included. Should mention it's second floor so people can prepare beforehand. (My fault also for not asking this.) (Just a suggestion maybe) Body soap not refilled. Shower needs replacing. Facilities are so so. Convenience store is so so. Can refurnish it.
