Lovely hot shower, accommodation itself has the potential to be perfect and location amazing. Kitchen appliances great

The main thing that brought it all down was the cleanliness issue. Tissues behind bed. Carpet dirty, stains on sofa, not sure of cleanliness of bedding under sofa. Some crockery like coasters and glasses needed washing before using. Hairs in drawers. Fridge not clean either. Outside area really dirty with what looked like clumps of white dog hair or old, wet tissues lying on artificial grass patch. Shower hanging off wall. Dust and dirt along skirtings. The property itself was at the end of the road, away from the normal running of house numbers so it took us a while to actually find where to park. A simple message from owners before arrival like ‘flat doesn’t follow normal running of house numbers and is in fact isolated at the end of the street’ would have sufficed so as not to waste time at start of our stay looking for 12a. When I made contact with the owners, I just got a message saying ‘this is what the parking space should look like’ and a photo from their ring doorbell. What would have been nice would have been ‘sorry about that … explanation… enjoy your stay…’ etc

"Great base, easy to relax 2 streets back from the beach."

Great set up - open plan living area, bedroom with en-suite behind. Great location also - Wi-Fi and prt friendly.

Just not quite clean - moved some furniture to get sofa bed up and not clean underneath - plus an odd slipper there from a previous occupant. That was the only issue though, everything else was great.
