Great location for us and appreciated the fact that it was dog friendly and easily accessible to walk the dogs.

Thin walls and could hear the neighboring visitors.

We loved how homey/comfy the apartment was, also very clean and accommodating! More to do on the grounds as well.

Clayton is a smaller town, so be aware of food availability late at night and such.

It was clean, comfortable, a great price, easy check-in, well supplied and the manager communicated with me sufficiently and was very nice.

It’s not the best location but considering our route and needing a place for the night that wasn’t a problem. My husband and I were just passing through headed from TX to CO so we were only there for the night. However, it seems they had a lot to offer on their property so we would even check it out for a weekend or a few nights stay.

Super comfy beds, very clean, new and modern. Really appreciated all of the items available for use in the kitchen, and the coffee supplies.

Everything was clean and updated! It was a great place for our family!
