"Refund horrors"

The hotel itself was fine

I accidentally made a booking at wrong address, the staff at location I wasn't supposed to be at said they cannot change or cancel a booking. So because it was so far away I had to stay at econolodge, and never got refunded after 3 phone calls and multiple attempts via bioking.com app

"ALL AND ALL I STILL GIVE IT 4 STARS OUT OF 5"

MY ROOM HAD A COUCH, BED, WINDOW SEAT, AND LARGE COUNTER WITH REFRIGERATOR MICROWAVE AND "" SINK "" AT THE FOOT OF THE BED. LARGE BATHROOM. THIS IS THE 3rd TIME AT THIS LOCATION BUT FIRST TIME WITH THE EXTRA COUCH AND SINK. AND CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE. ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THIS TIME THERE WAS THE OIL AND GAS WELL GUYS COMING GOING ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT
