Broadway House, 7 Bedroom, 6 Baths

Very welcoming and friendly hosts. A great property for families with children. Beautiful grounds for the children to run around. Books and board games in the house. We arrived to fresh bread and cakes which was a lovely gesture.

The beds were very worn and uncomfortable - very soft and could feel all the springs. Carpets, curtains, cushions and sofas were a little worn and dirty. Bathrooms also needed some TLC and refurbishing.

Large property with plenty of rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic open field at the back, great for cricket walking the dog and general playing. Excellent games facilities, rackets etc. the kids really appreciated that.

It wasn’t clear on booking.com that this property is in a complex with other cottages - very on top of each other. It was fine but not what we expected. The whole property is tired and well but cheaply kitted out. Absolutely adequate. It’s a party house and great for that purpose but not a quality retreat.

Two of the electric showers need some attention, poor water flow. New shower heads would help.

Ideal for a group - very large property, two lounges and with a sizeable kitchen diner. Lovely location looking across the Cotswolds countryside, with plenty of amenities on site, including a games room

Some very minor maintenance issues - including door closure and shower function

Lovely place and location was great for what we wanted, the kids loved the games room and that kept them occupied all weekend

Couple of bits need updating/fixing but don’t let that put you off as Broadway House is lovely

Spacicous. Great location for a friends getaway.

It was quite windy, and the barns at the back made a bit of noise.

A brilliant stay! We had high hopes for the property but even they were surpassed, just perfect for our large group to have their own room and space but also communal areas too. Mark the host was very communicative giving us all the info we needed about the property, how to locate, the check in process, etc. It just had everything we needed for a great weekend, the games room and outdoor areas especially when the weather is good are brilliant additions. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to stay again if looking to come to the same area. Thank you!

Perhaps just a couple of small things that need some TLC - couple of tap fittings are slightly loose, the lock bracket on one of the bathrooms needs tightening, the main front door has swollen and requires a bit of force to close. But all things that hardly affected our stay if at all.
