Small rooms but its decent enough to manage

Very clean and plenty of room.

We couldn't adjust the thermostat so it was too hot in all the rooms. The room booklet instructions are out of date for the nee thermostats.In the peak of winter the heated floors would be great but we needed to open the doors and windows to drop the temperature.

There was a terrible musty smell in the main room en suite meaning we had to sleep with the window open and it still smelled awful. Thinks it’s the plumbing or a leak

The on call staff was readily available on the first night when I call him to fix an issue with the apartment water heating. Apartment is a short 7-15 minutes drive from Oxford. Parking slot for our car. The staff is responsive to my questions and remarks.

On our first night, we arrived pretty late 9 pm ish. It was when my mom started to take a shower and she realised that there was no hot water! Such a weird situation, never had this before. I wasn't able to fix it, so I eventually WhatsApp called the on call person, Roo, and luckily he managed to fix the issue for us, after 15-20 minutes. He's very polite. Thanks god we have hot water that night which would have otherwise been disastrous given that I was going to have my graduation ceremony the next morning. In all my experience, hot water is readily available, and if not, at least, the management team should have told us beforehand The provided guidebook does not fully correspond to the actual situation. I have some trouble setting up the room heating. One of the small rooms, with two separate single beds, doesn't have a functional floor heating (I didn't contact them about this), but the rests work. The shower facility was not very great, dirty showerhead and the knobs didn't seem to all work. Either the whole shower handle is supposed to be shaky, or it is patched with a black tape to stop the handheld shower head from sliding down. In the main bathroom,near the entrance, it was really easy to remove the whole toilet seat from the bowl, which is not what I want... I just want to lift the toilet cover only and or the toilet seat, not the whole thing removed completely from the base. Kitchen utensils are not great, seem like they employed used items because they all looked like they have been super scratched, the casserole base already has the protectice layer scratched away from it, leaving the metal base. Water kettle doesn't look great inside. What's weirdest of all, but then the landlord sets the rule, nothing we can do about it, is that they expect us to wash all the dishes and empty the binds, explicitly stating that the cleaning fee does not include washing dishes...
