KBV B304 Spacious Ocean View 3 Bed Unit

Nice pool and close to the beach. We had fun feeding the koi fish and could walk to some limited food and shopping. The grounds are well kept and everything seems well maintained and cared for.

It is out of the way of some stuff on the island.

I loved being so close to the beach!

It was hard being so far from Manoa/Honolulu

Excellent communication. This place was immaculate and The location was amazing. Perfect place to stay for a family vacation.

The proximity to the ocean. Well kept

The location was selected intentionally to be away from the hectic and crowded Waikiki beaches. Wenootes for a more calm and relaxing atmosphere where we felt safe to walk along the beach walks during the day and night.

The location was spectacular. We had a lovely view of the ocean and lagoon from the lanai. Just a short walk to the pools and or beach. There was a little beach bar on premise by the pool. Drinks were good but, spendy. Some food was also available but we did not try it.

We booked for 7 guests but, only 4 beds available in the 3 bedrooms. A king bed in one bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom. There was a hide a bed in the living room but. we chose not to utilize it. Was under the impression from the description that there would be enough beds in the bedrooms to sleep 7. Eight year old child slept with parents in the king bed.

The property is very well kept and clean and beautiful . We loved the easy access to the property and the added security to only access with key card. The staff, especially Ms. Lynn, are extremely friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are very well equipped. We had a wonderful vacation.

Mirrors in the bedrooms would make it easier for the bathrooms to become accessible sooner when several guests are getting ready to go out.

Beautiful view of the sunset over lagoon number 2 from the lanai. Spacious. On the "quiet" (nonpool) side of the building. Walk in master closet. Short stroll to the lagoon. Restaurants and market within walking distance. The up and coming town of Kapolei is nearby (complete with Island Vintage, Foodland Farms and Costco). Well equipped kitchen. Lots of snorkeling equipment. Beautifully and tastefully furnished.

Some mechanical problems, likely unique to our visit: master bathtub drain mechanism got stuck in closed position. Washing machine malfunction required daily resetting of circuit breaker. Watch that westbound traffic from 4 pm.

Very nice and fancy community, we did enjoy a lot this place! Beautiful view from balcony Live Music every night, we will definitely come back here
