Spacious apartment, everything is brand new, perfect location to reach all Malta attractions with public transport.

Overall perfect apartment with great potential. Water pressure was fluctuating, there is no ventilation in bathrooms and it' s becoming very humid. Some more shelfs or hangers for towels in bathrooms would be beneficial. Carpets near beds would be nice, as during winter floor is cold.

The apartment corresponds to the pictures and is very spacious, although a bit oddly laid out. The furnishings are of a simpler quality but are new (as was the apartment, shortly after completion - it was still possible to smell it), making it very suitable and pleasantly comfortable. Correspondence only via social networks, paying a deposit to an unknown person is irritating. But it worked. The videos on how to use the apartment are helpful, but a short booklet with the most important information (Wi-Fi, nearest supermarket,...) would have been appropriate. No invoice even when asked. Leaks in the sink siphons, the water collects in the drawer of the base cabinet The shower partition in the large bathroom is leaking and water is collecting next to the toilet In the small bathroom, the water runs out of the shower from the tiles next to the shower tray, so that a large amount of water collects on the floor too low water pressure for hot water and uneven pressure with bursts of air (heater perhaps not vented properly) paint residues were not carefully removed in various places, => final cleaning after construction was not completely completed no small hand broom available no salt, pepper, sugar, oil The closing mechanisms of the windows should be adjusted again Only the most necessary things in the kitchen, accessories such as a fruit bowl and bread basket are missing Without the restrictions I would have given it an 8, now it's up to the owner to adapt the apartment to the price standard. Currently too expensive for what is offered. Msida is not particularly attractive and there is little to see in the area around the apartment, few shops and hardly any restaurants. However, it was quiet at night, even though the apartment itself lets in the noise of the neighbors. We were doing business nearby, so the location was perfect. The bus connections to Valletta are very good and you don't have to deal with traffic jams much, unlike in St. Julians, in that respect it's better than that.
