There was only 1 shower for 6 people, the couch bed was hard to sleep on, the kitchen counter by sink was torn up and the ceiling tile was broken, the ice maker in fridge didn't work,needs updated!

Loved all the amenities and the location of this place! The pools were nice and up kept, and the walk to the beach wasn’t too far! Staff was super helpful, and super friendly! Our TV wasn’t working when we got to it unit- we have a toddler so this was a necessity for us- they were so quick to replace it for us! We also decided we could stay an extra night last minute and they let us add that on with no problems! The beds were also comfy which was great after long hot days outside.

The unit wasn’t AS clean as I would of liked- the shower was grimy and my daughter seen a roach in the kitchen the night before we left! I hope it was just a fluke thing and we don’t end up taking them home with us! I’ll be so upset! We also found trash and dirty carpet upon arrival, but it wasn’t too terrible! Just disappointing considering how much you get charged for cleaning services! The unit is outdated and could use some fresh furniture but I didn’t mind that too much as we didn’t spend a whole lot of time on the couch, at the table, etc.
