The room door look old & smell of the rooms can improve, water leaking from ceiling cause the floor wet & slippery

It is very spacious and can accommodate a big group. The facilitator is very friendly and responsive. Even he extended 30 minutes extra to check out. Beds were comfortable. Can park about 4 cars.

1. No padlock for the main gate and about 4 cars were parked with our own risk. Also, safety was concerned, what if anything happens? The area was super dark. Cctv? Not in condition. 2. Wasn’t really clean. The porch area was very dirty. Ended up we washed the area before the bbq. 3. Though the house looks spacious, some things were left uncomfortable. Old bathrooms doors, broken tiles, old sinks. Literally an old corner house renovated with minimal insulation. 4. The house was spacious but we wouldn’t say it was a calm and comfortable stay. 5. The price was too high for the house!! Not really worth of paying!!

Spacious

The house is very run down, the bedsheets are dirty, the floor is very dusty and sticky as well, there is weird smell in the house, and the swimming pool water is milky. We needed to clean the house by ourselves before staying in. The price is definitely way too high for this type of accommodation, even a few hundred ringgit accommodation is far better than this. It really spoiled the whole family vacation plan.

Nothing at all

Swimming pool dirty and smelly,water heater not working,floor was oily,don’t have floor mats which can observe water, main gate don’t have a padlock and we all non smokers but the agent said there is a lot of cigarette buts we are very unhappy
