Cielo Apartment by Quokka 360 - Nestled in Como Old Town

Apartment was nice, clean, cool with good facilities and was very well located. There was a nice little bakery next door for breakfast as well.

We heard very loud shouting from the apartment above on 2 occasions. I know Italians can be excitable but the level of anger in the voice was Hulk level. I just hope he was shouting at himself and not at some other poor soul. They also only provided limited toilet paper and told us it was up to us to buy more which I thought was a bit tight. The shower also overflowed if you had it on full flow. I raised this with them and they would have sent someone around to fix it but we'd have to leave the keys in the lockbox. I didn't fancy coming back after a day out and finding the keys missing so we declined that option and made do. It was pretty expensive as well.

No lock on the bathroom door. Only one set of keys. We were two couples.

Everything is perfect, simply top notch

Just a suggestion to put a mirror and a bedside table in the spare bedroom the rest is simply perfect top to bottom

Amazing everything! The flat is very well located, clean and has everything you need for a great stay. I would come back!
