Few minutes walk to the beach

Single beds very small our 17 year old was not very happy very uncomfortable good for small kids

Last minute booking on the cheap so limited options, however it did just the job for 2 nights for our small family. Shower was nice and powerful. Nice quiet location - secure parking Staff on entrance caravan very friendly Nice walk along seafront to main beach - although perhaps not suitable for older people.

Could have been cleaned a bit more thoroughly - lots of debris down sofa and toast crumbs on work surface. Phone signal awful at this end of beach - had to pop to tesco to use wifi

location ok, but to old hunstanton beach, in my opinion the best beach a bit far but if you have a car it's a few minutes

the range on the phone is very poor but it is in many places in hunstanton
