Stayed here last year as well. And fell in love with the property very clean and peaceful. So we returned this year.

This year they're were roaches in our room spoke with management and they come and sprayed but naturally that didn't work. Upon check out I mentioned this to the manager and she promised some sort of refund but I never heard anything from el matador

Location was great. The condo itself nicely decorated and furnished. Great ocean views. However we had an issue with bugs. It wasn’t a large beach roach or two it was multiple on a daily basis. :( had to shake out all of the luggage and bags and leave outside when we returned home. They appear to be working on exterminating but they’re not there yet.

Property was great. Gated and at the end of beach. Great access to beach.

Breakfast not available on site unless you cooked your own, but the utensils were adequate and available if you had the fixin's. However, an excellent (although a little pricey, but unique, enjoyable atmosphere) breakfast is available a short walk 3-minute walk from the facilities.

We were quite satisfied with the comfortable accomodations and service from the friendly staff. Some coffee filters for the coffee machine and extra plastic bags for trash would have been much appreciated. The only store in close proximity for items is an overpriced Tom Thumb, so plan accordingly. And the check out time should have been a little later; 10 AM is kind of early for check out. 11 AM is pretty much standard time for check out everywhere.
