Everything! The quietness, the cleanliness, easy access,showers were superb, modern appliances plus , plus ….everything was great!!!

The shower curtain was short & water leaked on the bathroom floor, but office said they would address this issue. We definitely will stay again if in this area😊

"Love this property"

Quiet area nearby everything in Cape Coral

The property tried to charge me $300 because of odor in the sofa and living room carpet, which we spent about 10 minutes in the living room and didn't really use in the 2 days we were there! Very bizarre

Location!! Friendly neighbors, comfortable in terms of safety, residential neighborhood on one end but walkable to excellent restaurants, ice cream cafe, Dunkin' Donuts, Publix, banks, sports bar. Pool area was very nice, supposedly heated but the consensus of our party and residents of the complex doubted that. Condo was appointed wonderfully. Modern, clean, had soap, shampoo, TP, dish soap -- all one would need for a few days at least. Use of garage is a serious perk. Everything is new.

Minor thing - traffic noise from the parkway. I lived in a city before, this did not bother me. My travel mate lives in the country and adapted in one night. Just FYI for full disclosure.
