"Near to airport/trains"

Owner Jahan was accessable and very helpful. Some shops nearby and just a short taxi ride into Luton. Great for an overnight stay.

Wasn't the best kept facility outside, alot of rubbish in the garden. I didn't get the room I booked due to a guest extending his stay but no mention of it until I enquired. Jahan tried to help make things better and offered me a full refund for the inconvenience if I wanted to leave. I stayed and had a quiet night with not alot of noise from the other guests.

"Order a taxi in advance to get to the airport without delay."

Close to the airport. The taxi cost around 20 pounds.

One of the sinks in the room was clogged immediately. The kitchen smell bad. The communication from the host was slow to none.
