the location is pretty central if you intend to move around Vinworld. there is a free shuttle to the city central. otherwise you have to depend on taxis or grab services

the hotel was a little sketchy. this hotel is handled by 2 elder couples. they were helpful, but language is the only obstacle. we have to relay on goggle translate.

The homestay is inside Grandworld and accessible to a lot of restaurants and tourist attractions. Very close to Teddy Museum. You can watch the free water show every night if you want too!😂 The owner is very accommodating too! You can buy the tickets to VinWonder and other attractions directly with them for a cheaper price. We will definitely recommend this place!

A smart TV in the room would be better!

Location is near attractions.

Teddy 96 is not exist! When i arrived, they give me another hotel which is teddy 108. I booked for 3 days. After saying for 2 days, they said i need to change hotel due some maintenance at my room and they lied about it. They asked me to change hotel because they received booking from big group not because of maintenance (owner's mom told us) . They begging me to change hotel and offer free 1day electric bike. Ok then, i took that offer unfortunately they only give me to use the bike for 12hours! We are so disappointed with this hotel. regarding bedsheet.. They washed it however we received bedsheet that got period/blood stain on it. For those who want to stay at this hotel, perhaps you can choose another hotel near the canal.

"Great value for money, quiet during night."

Great value for money, place was clean apart from some hair in the bathroom floor, comfy beds, good AC, very close to the canal but still very quiet during night. The bathroom was a bit rundown but for the money more than perfect. The owner is very kind and really try to do her best to assist the guests. Fully recommend this place for couple nights stay in grand world.
