"For the amount I paid for an ocean front unit, it was alright. You get what you pay for."

Right on the beach. Good general location. Pools nice.

The building was in need of updates. Some areas had broken fixtures. The unit needed updating. Birds kept roosting on the balcony and leaving much poop behind. Even when they came to clean it, the birds returned and made it very unsanitary again. They need something to keep the birds off the window ledge.
