MYThe location is nice. It is located within The Pines hotel but so much more affordable. We checked in on a Sun. We could take a water taxi at Jonker Walk enjoying the sights, stop at The Pines and walk right up to the accomodation. Cool! The place is nice just as the photos advertised. Bed linen & towels are clean and so is the whole place. The unit is big so we did not feel crammed.
Nothing really, except some minor maintenance issues which was brought to the attention of the host. it would be nice to be able to check out at 12 instead of 11 esp when we are checking out during weekday.
MYThe property lacks essential facilities. The TV remote was not functioning, and although you advertised Netflix and remote games in the pictures, neither were available. We were only able to access basic TV channels, limited to TV1 and a Mandarin channel. Regarding cleanliness, there is visible mold between the sink and the ceiling that needs to be addressed. Also, please update and be consistent with the check-out time. Your PDF states 12 PM, but upon arrival, the label in the unit says 11 AM, which caused confusion. As a guest, I believe in providing honest feedback. This review is not meant to discredit anyone, but to reflect my genuine experience. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing stay. I hope improvements can be made for future guests. Thank you.
