MYMYMYMYLovely view and great location by the river. Malacca river cruise station is a 3 minutes walking distance away. Kg Mortem is just across the river. Easy check in/out process.
Parking is at the next building(Jaya 99) and you have to pay for it. It was quite difficult to get a parking lot at level 2. You have to go to level 5. And there is no covered walkway to the Pines from Jaya 99 which is abt 30m.
