they took 150 £ advance Additionaly . still they didn't return it. we have inform booking.com also . still not any solution. we decided to complain relavent authorities also about this .

This is probably the worst place iv stayed in Birmingham barring in mind iv stayed in 15+ accommodations in Birmingham alone.

The property was very very noisy till around 4am I didn’t sleep a wink. I always contacted the staff about this and they completely didn’t acknowledge my complaint and tried putting it to the side. I have videos made showing how loud it was in my apartment due to other people running about and screaming and laughing till the early hours of the morning. The beds were very very uncomfortable I had to sleep on the couch. All night the cars are going past also this is probably one of the worst places iv ever stayed in Birmingham. However if you would like to have a party like some of the other occupants were it is the perfect place for you 🖕🏽 they also take 150£ deposit with no prior notice and keep hold of it for up to 7 days I am still currently waiting on my deposit to be released
