Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Pokój czysty, z klimatyzacją. Dostępny dla wszystkich taras. Lokalizacja świetna, kilka minut do przystanków autobusowych z których można dojechać w każdą część wyspy. Dodatkowo świetny kontakt z właścicielami, polecamy!!!

Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen. Habe die Unterkunft für 5 Nächte gebucht. Es ist richtig, dass man sich dort ein Bad mit anderen teilt, das ist auch kein Problem. Ich bin etwas früher angekommen und konnte im Wohnzimmer, da mich andere reingelassen haben, warten. Mein Zimmer war noch nicht fertig, was ja auch kein Problem ist, Check in war ja auch erst später. Daher hatte ich aber Zeit mich umzusehen. Das Bad war extrem verdreckt, Küche total heruntergekommen. Die Bewohner am saufen und Laute Party machen, was gegen die Richtlinien spricht. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe dem Besitzer Fotos vom Zustand geschickt und darüber informiert was hier los ist in dem Appartement. Der Mann war sehr unfreundlich und sagte, wenn ich jetzt vor dem Check in noch die Unterkunft verlasse, erhalte ich eine volle Rückerstattung meines Geldes. Daraufhin habe ich sofort die Wohnung verlassen und musste mir super spontan was anderes suchen. Jetzt kommt der Knaller. Plötzlich wurde alles so verdreht, dass ich das Geld angeblich nicht zurück erhalten kann, obwohl es mir angeboten habe und ich dem zugestimmt habe. Plötzlich wurden Ausreden gesucht und ich habe mein Geld nicht zurück. Booking hat auch eine Anfrage zur Erstattung geschickt, die haben es nicht bestätigt. Nun wird eine Beschwerde eingereicht. Ich habe das Angebot Schwarz auf Weiß von Mickael bekommen, dass ich das Geld zurück bekomme. Und kurze Zeit später kriege ich von allen möglichen Seiten Nachrichten, dass ich das Geld nicht zurück bekomme, weil ich freiwillig gegangen bin. Natürlich bin ich gegangen, wenn wir angeboten wird, dass ich die das Geld zurück bekomme. Die Zustände in der Wohnung lassen es nicht zu auch nur eine Minute dort zu bleiben. Lasst euch bitte bloß nicht auf irgendwelche Kommunikation über WhatsApp ein ( denn das machen die ganz schlau, weil man es dann über Booking nicht beweisen kann).

The accommodation is quite good. It is not a hotel, so it's important to be aware that there is no room service, for example. However, what is offered is delivered with complete satisfaction.

The listing on Booking is confusing and lacks clear information. For example, I booked a room with a private bathroom and a balcony! Upon arrival, they placed me in a room without a bathroom and without a balcony. I had to contact the staff and request a room with a bathroom (and ended up without a balcony because there were no more available). And all this while paying the same price. So, if you're planning to book, make sure to carefully read all the details in the listing and confirm with them in advance.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes walking from the bus stop and 10 minutes walking from San Giuliano and Paceville, so the position is really good.

This is a shared apartment where you book just a bedroom and it's not so clear in the description. The staff cleans your room (and also the rest of the apartment) only when you arrive, so after some days it gets really dirty. The worst thing in the room was the bathroom. The shower box is really poor and it doesn't close properly, same goes for the toilet seat, and the sink plug was broken and wouldn't open, so the water never flushed down.
