Poolen var inte öppen, trots att det stod på Booking.com när jag bokade att ”poolen är öppen under er vistelse”. Mycket besvikna över detta. Dåligt möblerad takterass med endast två stolar. Costarentals var inte på plats på flygplatsen så vi missade vår förbokade transfer pga detta, och fick ta tåget till Fuengirola och lösa nyckeln till boendet där.

Lokalizacja jest wyśmienita, dwa duże sklepy w odległości 2 min. Plaża spacerem ok 5 min. Blisko do stacji kolejowej. Znakomity taras z fotelami oraz stołem, przepiękny widok na góry, do tego taras na dachu na którym można się opalać. Dwie wygodne łazienki. Kuchnia była bardzo dobrze wyposażona, było w niej chyba wszystko co tylko można potrzebować.

Część szaf jest zamknięta, do przechowywania pozostają jedynie komody z szufladami. Jedna z klimatyzacji w najmniejszym pokoju czasem jest głośna. Przy większym aucie miejsce postojowe w garażu staje się trochę ciasne ale do przeżycia.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. 5 minute walk from Los Boliches beach. Loads of restaurants, bars, shops within easy access. Very safe & secure apartment in a quiet residential building.

Check in was a bit confusing. My check in instructions e-mail went to my spam folder! (No fault of Costarentals!). We went straight to the apartment but keys were located in lock box at the office which is 2KM away. As we arrived late (23:00), this caused some stress but got excellent support from Julia @ Costarentals over phone & WhatsApp. Took a taxi ride and about 45 minutes to get keys and return. Only other negative would be access to pool and car park is a bit awkward - you need to leave one building to go into another to get to pool and need multiple keys and fobs but this was a minor issue. We visited Fuengirola the following week without access to parking and it was a nightmare trying to find a space!

The apartment itself is an excellent size for 6 adults ideally placed for supermarkets, restaurants and transport links. Appliances worked well, the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning.

Various small repairs or replacement items required, advised the leasing company accordingly. Lack of bedding only one set per bed and one pillow per person. We requested more but were refused and had to go and buy. Also Insufficient towels- one small bath towel and hand towel per person. One small wardrobe and 18 hangers were insufficient for 6 adults. Other wardrobes locked which meant hanging your clothes on hooks. Again we had to go and buy hangers. An additional key for entering portal 10 and pool area would have been helpful. All small issues but if rectified would have make this apartment exceptional.

The location . Bus, train , beach with seafront , Main Street with bars / restaurants all on doorstep . Very Well equipped kitchen with good supply of cleaning products etc to get started Bedding brand new and clean

The power were tripped when using more than one appliance The A/ C units on the balcony and roof terrace leaking ) notified the agents about this No A/c in living room Beds are 2 x doubles and 1x smaller double Could do with 2 good sized singles in one of the rooms ( not everyone wants to share ) we have 4 teens and beds were tight Access to the roof terrace is via the spiral stair case ..no shade there but great for drying !
