NZWas nice and big, plenty of space
When opening the dishwasher, it comes out. Master bedroom shower pipe would come of when turning on the shower.

GBGreat location not far from main 1 road. Close to a nice vibrant beach town and only 15 mins into Auckland centre. 35-40 mins from Auckland airport. Beds and bedrooms all very comfortable, Bath & Showers all excellent. Early check in was much appreciated after a long flight from the uk.
No where near enough cooking Pans, utensils or crockery. Also lacking on sofa seating so everyone could sit together in both down stairs rooms and outside or on balcony. Garden needs maintaining better. You need to be a very good driver and confident with reversing. If you have a large car like we did it only just fits in the garage and when you pull out you can’t turn right up the drive as the neighbours car is in the way. So you have to turn left out the garage and reverse up a long steep drive. Not a big problem for me but this would defo cause a lot of people a lot of stress.

AUProperty is exceptionally beautiful, well equipped and was nice and clean when we came. The toiletries were a nice bonus and the whole house smelt amazing. We would definitely be staying here again on our next nz trip
The parking would be our only complaint. The neighbours permanently had their 4wd parked outside which made it VERY tight and hard to get in and out of the garage/driveway.

Not great parking spaces. Lucky we decided to only bring two vehicles, one we parked in the garage, again it's lucky we are good at backing into tight spaces, and the other vehicle we parked outside. Also, we had a little trouble using the doorcode, apparantly the cleaner changed the password but lucky for us a neighbour noticed us having trouble and had the phone number of the property manager and rang him so we could speak to him directly and he got us in easily after that.
