Viet Long Hoian Beach Hotel - STAY 24H

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay by the beach. The hotel looked after us very well. There are great restaurants and massage spas nearby. Would definitely stay there again.

Location location. Really helpful girl at the desk helped me alot.

staff were amazing - polite , helpful, and very organised . Breakfast was also very good. However, we did not think that the pictures and description from the website were accurate.

Only downside was the weather but that's obviously not the hotels fault 😄

Room was good, a good desk and padded chair ideal for digital nomads.

Nothing, the weather was disappointing but that's beyond control. The beach was nice.

The staff were amazing, so helpful. The hotel is a very short walk to the beach where the hotel has a bar and restaurant that serve delicious fresh fruit cocktails and amazing food. We sampled the cocktails in the other bars on the beach and none could compare. Rooms were fantastic for the money and everything was clean. Very happy.

Honestly the pictures made it look so much better than what it is. It was very noisy at night with the hotel lying on a main road and dogs bickering all night. Pool only has sun until like 11am, so we barely used it. It says here on booking that the hotel has bikes free off rental, this is NOT true. I did however say to the receptionist that she needed to fix it because it was one of the reason we booked the hotel and in the end she got two bikes for us, but it was annoying with wrong info. The breakfast was really bad, the people making it don't really know how to cook. The coffee was always cold. We often ended up getting the wrong orders. Quite frankly it did not live up to our expectations.

Incredibly friendly helpful staff, lovely big room, nice balcony, good bathroom. Amazing value for money. Great location right on the beach. We were so happy to book there.

I cannot think of a negative point, only that the pool is much smaller than it looks in the photo.
