"Not the worst, not the best place to stay"

The only nice thing in this hotel was personal- super kind and helpful ladies at reception. And i must say it was clean enough in standards of Vietnam. I guess the beach has some added value during hot season, on January all the beach clubs where closed...

The hotel looks outdated, the reality of the rooms is far from the photos, the rooms smell terrible, noise isolation is quite poor- we heard all the traffic noises from the street in the early morning. The pool is only in front of the hotel and on the street, I can't imagine who would want to swim in a pool that is in front of the hotel entrance on one side and the street on the other side :)

"Overall a very relaxing hotel."

The location for the beach was ideal. Beach area was quiet with a few hotel and restaurants on the beach itself. For nightlife, bars, etc. need a taxi into the Hoi An itself. Taxi cheap (around £3). Overall a very relaxing hotel.

"Nice stay, all in all. It was far from town, but good restaurants close by."

Decent prices and across the street from the beach. Great staff! They had a shuttle to town and back except for mondays.

The curtains were torn, only 2 pillows although they provided more. No hand towels. Listed as sea view but we mostly looked at a metal roof with peek a boo view of the sea!
