Not a dislike, but be aware that there is one steep staircase access.

The stairs up to the apartment were narrow, so consider this if you have heavy luggage with you! But keep in mind it’s part of Malta’s architecture generally!

What an amazing apartment! Just few minutes walk from either center of Valetta or the seafront. Apartment was very clean, had everything we could need and the owners responded to the messages almost immediately. Highly reccomended and would happily stay there again:)

The road gets a bit busy and noisy at the evenings and early mornings but after all day walking it did not bother as too much and we slept like babies. The bathroom does not have any wentilation and you cannot open the window so after few days the smell got a little unpleasant but nothing we couldn't live with

Good location. Easy walk to Valletta. Nice neighbourhood bar and restaurant. Facilities to cook and iron!

The 15 stairs were particularly when carrying large suitcase and only floor space for suitcases

Lovely place. Excellent location. The host Ryan was consistently in contact over the booking.com message. So even though it was just a self-check-in/check-out, I felt like well taken care of. The complimentary water bottle was nice.

Maybe one minor suggestion: the welcome message was generic and felt like they shared the same for long-term stays and short stays. It had details of how to throw garbage bags in the early morning to avoid fines. I assume they didn’t expect me to throw the trash. I only had three bottles (two of them could be deposited back to the nearby shop for 0,10 euro, I believe, including the water bottle they gave). Perhaps writing a separate welcome message without too much details on trash disposal could help.

Excellent location. Essential things such as tea, salt, pepper already there. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Bed comfortable.

One flight of steps. Ok for anyone without knee problems or not elderly.
