Loved the villa it was amazing, the neighbors were lovely and friendly, the area was nice, the two bathrooms were a bonus and very convenient, beautiful kitchen, outdoor area was lovely to sit out in the sun, very close to shops, park just around the corner. Perfect for families, great size rooms, very comfy beds. There was a fun arcade machine for everyone to enjoy 😊

"Comfy accommodation for our short stay in Hamilton"

The property was clean and tidy and perfect for our one night stay in Hamilton. The kitchen was really well set up and all the furniture was comfortable. Being down a back section it was also nice and quiet.

The driveway was quite tight, especially with the neighbours vehicle right on the edge of their carpark but nothing we couldn't deal with.

"Hamilton KOSH BNB Stay"

The place was close to Central Hamilton. Made it easy access to restaurants and other well known shops. It was really convenient to have extra towels and linen. My kids loved the console arcade game. Kitchen facilities were great.

Noticed a few spiders on the first night. Nothing a few sprays of bug spray couldn't fix.
