Cosy 2 bedroom flat in Akácfa st., Sol

Location.

The apartment's location is very good, but it urgently needs a thorough cleaning. The bed linens had yellow stains, the floors were dirty, the carpet was unvacuumed and full of lint. The sofa was dirty and on the verge of falling apart. The household appliances were filthy, and the kettle was unusable due to its poor condition. Perhaps the worst issue was the very weak heating system. The apartment was extremely cold, and the AC made an unbearable noise. The bedrooms are improvised in a very tall room, offering zero privacy. Additionally, communication with the host was difficult, with responses taking hours. I do not recommend it.

Facilities and cleaning to be reviewed. Especially uncomfortable pillows and not exactly scented sheets.

Location is good. Restrunts ans Supermarket are close. In general good centeral location

Appartment is bad maintainced, picture are missleading, all old and very dirty. No communication throu booking.com. After visiting the appartment and review again comments ot is very clear that host ignor the complaints during last year, air conditioner is loudy and can't be used, appartment is very cold. Very dirty... its the first place that dry replacment loundry inside the appartment. Washing mashine smell with fungus, and they use it for loundry you sleep on... the blankets and pillows are old, even is cheap hostels you have better. Many broken panels, and in general require for refresh renovation. Sleeping rooms are two mini rooms in mansandra with no windows, that no one actually show in the pictures.

Great location - amazing neighbourhood full of life. Convinient for walking to all main areas.

Not much privacy between the 2 bedrooms but served our purpose!

Centrally located, clean and very friendly owner. Great value for money
