Everything about the property, the cleanliness, its proximity to the mall and fuel garages, the quiet environment, the well-maintained facilities, the very clean rooms, and the fact that it’s super safe.

There is nothing I didn’t like, the place is exactly as shown in the advert.

Quietness and accessibility

Shortage of hot bath/shower water. It's winter now. Just imagine, water just changed from warm/hot to cold? It was very bad. For ur first day till we leave. We reported the issue but no changes.

Spacious and two bathrooms. Neat and tidy.

The constant needing a code and license sign in to get in and out of the complex was a bit irritating. You cant even go for a run without a code to get out. It feels more like a prison than a secure complex. The location is in the business park area. Flats cramped in next to each other and it was quite noisy the one evening till relatively late.
