Je n'ai rien aimé.
Le personnel qui ne comprend pas le problème de notre réclamation sur l'odeur d'urine sur les toilettes et aussi le mauvais nettoyage des toilettes. En plus l'établissement a accepté de nous rembourser, mais jusqu'à présent pas de remboursement, que des mensonges.
