Impeccably maintained. Beds and sofas were comfortable to sleep on, even more so than hotels.

Ventilation in my room was noisy and running all night

Great space, everything we needed and spa was lovely. Nice spot and away from town which we liked, really close to the redwoods, and a very quick drive to the blue lake and beach. Everything clean and well looked after

The beds weren’t so comfy but I prefer harder mattresses, others found them fine so personal preference

Breakfast was not included. Spa was pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room.

We managed to get the lower dish washer working. Turns out someone had had the racks out and replaced them incorrectly which then stopped the water from flowing when needed.

Nothing - everything was fantastic.

The place has great potential, the beds are comfortable and the spa was great.

Unfortunately we were made to feel uncomfortable during our stay following an incorrect accusation that we had an additional guest. This unfortunate mix up on the owners cctv disrupted our evening and made us feel quite unwelcome. The AC temperature settings were also locked, which meant we were very cold during the evenings.

The location was fine!

The larger part of the dishwasher was not working and nobody had notified us of this in advance and no repairs were undertaken during our 3 night stay. There was a sticker saying broken on it when we arrived! We were charged an extra 150 NZ dollars for our daughter parking her campervan on the very large drive for 2 nights even though she had a toilet, shower and kitchen facilities in her campervan and the drive was approx an 8 car drive so plenty of room for her to park.

It was a home away from home. Everything you need was there. A very private, relaxing stay. The spa was lovely too. The owner was very friend and helpful. The air conditioning unit of our car was playing up. He didn't only just give us the name of the mechanics, he even rang around. We really appreciate your help, Fred.
