R3 - Cozy Small Double - City & Beach Access, WIFI, Free Parking, Bus Stop 50ft From House - Self Catering

I loved the decor of the place. Everything was very clear with instructions. The self check in was easy to follow. My room was very cosy and the house was spotless.

Clean, TV. Nice furnishings. Homely

The bed: a mattress topper rather than bed, on top of a board of wood, was uncomfortable. Can’t fathom this at all! Also, if in a couple, it would not suffice, as otherwise stated.

It was a very pleasant experience at a bit of a trying time, so was very grateful for the time spent there. Things have been a little manic, hence delayed review. I felt the owner had a meticulous attention to detail overall in respect of labelling things which was helpful. There was also a friendly co-habitee who is a renter, who was super friendly and nice. The room was a generous size, and although I’m not used to ground floor front accommodation, it did have its appeal. The kitchen was well appointed, and kept spotless. All in all, a lovely stay if you just want to decompress.

Erm, I was pretty happy, so it would just be a bit ott, but the shower could maybe have a little spruce up to match the kitchen, whenever that could realistically happen? The other thing wasn’t in the gift of the owner, but as it was holiday time, the transport options were limited and the walk back wasn’t so hot, with dog mess here and there, maybe some kind of community initiative could help? But on an ordinary day a bus ride would avoid that, but it’s a shame.

Very clean, very well equipped with everything you could need. Excellent value for money.
