Casa Tolomea in Villa a Mondello-700m dal mare

This place was perfect for our family of 6. The owner was so friendly nice and quick to respond. The beds were comfortable and the house was roomy. There were TVs in all the rooms and the heater worked well. The garden was peaceful and nice, wifi worked well. The price was very affordable. We could walk quickly to Mondello beach. The street parking was available.

It was a little cold clammy and dark for us but the heat warmed it quickly. The parking had our car against a tree and on the road so a little nervous with the rental car.

The Host are very kind, we really appreciate their hospitality. They brought us dinner! What a lovely treat! They also provided us with important information about place to visit, parking, etc. The house location is very strategic, close to Mondello beach, supermarket and convenient stores are also not that far away.

Nothing

It is in a lovely location in a quiet part of the city, within walking distance of a beach, a grocery shop, and a mountain with many beautiful views. As a bonus, there is a fence around the house and a small place in front of the apartment where kids could play.

Noise insulation is relatively poor. We could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around rooms, moving chairs, and even opening and closing drawers.

The accommodation was very nice, spacious, has everything you need for a beach stay. But the best thing about this place was its owners - they were lovely and very welcoming. Alessandro and Marcella did everything to make our stay comfortable - they took us to the supermarket, because we didn’t have our own car, showed us the beach and the best places to eat, they even organised two separate airport transfers for us, and one of them was very early in the morning. We were impressed by their hospitality. You need about 7 minutes to walk to the beach, which I personally think is not far at all. The area is very quiet and peaceful, by the mountain. The bus stop from Palermo is not far too.

Everything was perfect

Location, spaciness, hosts that make you feel like home and part of the family. Big yard with lounge chairs and lemon tree you can sit beneath….. everything about Villa Tolomea

Nothing that I didn’t like

Great quiet Location just 10 or 15 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. No 84 bus can bring you home for free. WiFi was really fast. Exceptional. Fully kitted kitchen so we could enjoy cooking. Air conditioning in two bedrooms

Cutlery was functional but would prefer better quality.

Very spacious. Good location. Safe. Great host.

A little outdated. Very original decor. But functional.

The house is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The owners are very friendly.
