A spacious room with equally spacious and beautiful en-suite bathroom. There’s a common space where you can help yourself to coffee. The area is well served by public transport.

The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space, a great bathroom and balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely sheets and plenty of towels. Our hosts were fantastic and provided us with extra requests and some lovely gifts. The location is perfect - 2 shops and great food places nearby and a bus stop right outside. Would definitely recommend.

Travelling with 3 other players of the Swiss Gateball team, we were surprised that the 'hotel' was actually an apartment with three bedrooms, which was initially a surprise which turned into a very happy surprise. All three rooms had 'ensuite' and there was a kitchen which was well stocked for breakfast. It was located close to the sports stadium where we played, and easy walk into town. When leaving the owner's assistant drove one of the friends very early morning to the airport, and was annoyed when we said we had booked a taxi for the the following morning. It was a pleasure to stay there and we were very well received by the owner.

The room was very spacious and the en suite bathroom a very good size compared to your standard hotel room. It was super clean and nicely decorated and a manageable walk to the poetto beach.

The TV didn't work although not the biggest issue for me. Also because my room faced the street rather than the courtyard, it was pretty noisy and there were no proper blinds, just some light curtains so I had to be careful not to give passersby a peepshow.

Fantastic value for money, clean, accessible, half way between centre of Cagliari and main beaches, quiet at night. All the amenities were close by, everything functioned great (shower, AC, coffee machine)
