Localização do Apartamento

Sofá desconfortável, formigas e baratas, limpeza deficiente. Segundo o anúncio tem piscina em outro apartamento, mas não nos foi possível aceder, mesmo com os códigos enviados pelo proprietário. E segundo o letreiro que se encontrava na piscina , era proibido a entrada a turistas.

La limpieza del apartamento

Que pongan la piscina, y luego este a diez minutos andando y no sé pueda acceder. Y cuando llamas al número que aparece por si tienes problemas, nadie responde.

The location

It was not as clean as it should be

Flat is placed in nice area of the city. Medium sized market next door. Place felt safe, well maintained. Kitchen was equipped with all required things you would need. Both rooms were air conditioned. Huge tv in main room.

Flat is equipped with laundry mashine, but owner does not offer drying rack or anything like that, there was also no washing powder. So technically you cant use it. The same thing with dishwasher - we had to waste time on washing the dishes by hand. There aas also no place to dry the dishes. Sofa in main room needs to be fixed. Bed in the bedroom was too soft for us. The lock in main door was damaged, but luckily we were able to close the door. Also outside key box was stuck. Luckily someone was there to let us in. It was taking too long time for the owner to relpy for my messages.

The location is great, walking distance to the center. Triana neighborhood is nice and lively. The apartment is spacious and it was clean when we arrived. Kitchen is ok equipped. Airco in both rooms.

The mattress is very soft and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in for us. There is a sewage/weird smell outside the apartment and sometimes inside. The apart is located on the ground floor and the windows go to the inner building and a small patio surrounded by brick walls. It is difficult to let fresh air into the apartment because of the smell from the inner courtyard. Also, the windows did not have nets and there were many mosquitos outside. The ceiling in the bathroom is destroyed(probably they were flooded by the neighbor upstairs), it should have been repaired before our arrival. Floor was a bit dirty.

Excellent instructions to enter property. Good location. Excellent TV streaming. Inner courtyard. Good shower.

Mainly small problems with cooking. Knives not sharp. No trays or casseroles for oven. No lids for pans. Complicated microwave/oven. Also problem with one of basins in bathroom.
