Admittedly, I did book very late for the same day day due to flight cancelation, however the booking was accepted. When I got there I rang the bell, multiple times. Knocked loudly. Nobody responded. As a traveller that does not live in USA, I was not able to call anybody. Tried to find a place with a telephone, no luck. Went back to the apartment, knocked and rang the bell still nothing. Had to abandon and sleep at the airport
