Rent & fräsch! Personalen är fantastiskt och väldigt hjälpsam. Vi anlände till hotellet 02.30 på natten och personalen tog emot oss med nattamat.

Sea view room. Very clean. Great breeze with balcony door open. Music great all day and evening entertainment ended at a reasonable time. Bülent on reception was lovely. Zeynep worked hard. All staff were extremely professional. Food was amazing and beautifully presented always. Good areas are cordoned off for non smokers. Street car parking available where you find it and ATM close by (1 minute walk). Medical nurse on site.

Guests putting towels down on sunbeds reserving to come back later. The Spa salon in the hotel is a separate business. Change room area only had a shower and hair dryer. It could do with some upgrading as it's nothing special.Take a change of underwear. We felt it was a rushed service. I didn't like being asked immediately after coming out of the change room at the end if I wanted to re-book. Research online before making a reservation to see if it is good value.

На плажа шезлонгите са буквално залепени един за друг, което за мен не е комфортно.Но това не зависи от хотела,предполагам.Бих препоръчала повече активност и креативност на аниматорките, има какво да се желае.Това за нашата група е слабото място на хотела.

готель залишив приємні враження - все нове й комфортне. Їжа була смачною, особливо м*ясо. В номері були халати, зубна щітка, крем для гоління - таке не в кожній п*ятірці побачиш.

1. В нашому номері був жахливий WIFI - якшо нам треба було зробити дзвінок по роботі чи навчанню ми переходили на свій мобільний інтернет бо колеги просто нас не чули 2. Треба покращити коктейлі - вони були жахливі

Хороший отель, чисто, номер потрясающий, уборка тоже. Приятный персонал, все очень вежливые . Понравилась тишина на территории отеля. Также отель вызвал трансфер от/до аэропорта. Очень хорошее расположение. Даже со всеми минусами, я бы наверное все равно еще раз бы вернулась.

В номере я слышала абсолютно все, что делали соседи за стенкой. Интернет работал не всегда хорошо как в номере так и на пляже Душ протекает Маленький выбор еды, но должна заметить она была все равно очень вкусной

Everything. The staff are all hard workers and keep the place immaculate with happiness to ensure you have a great time. We had the room on -1 Level and a side swimming pool. It wasn't warm enough for us to use so I suggest if you want a private pool (115cm) it really is probably better in summer when you're escaping the heat from your balcony with step ladder. The room we had was at the end and it wasn't getting bombarded with sun. The food was absolutely fabulous. All fresh, a large variety with hot choice options changing daily and beautiful presentation. It is more of a mature aged clientele so I agree with a younger couple earlier who wrote they felt it wasn't for them. There's night entertainment and an entertainment team during the day offering those who are interested to play e.g..darts, ping pong, water exercises and other. Entertainment in the evening was varied daily (Sunday is this team's day off). We had a car so there are other shops and restaurant options close by but really there's no need to leave the resort. The beach was such a quick walk. You have to pay for drinks and food on the beach as it is a co-share space with sunbeds but it's not a big deal. If you're paying to stay at this hotel you should bring your money anyway.

Our room with a lap/dip pool had hard beds but I asked for a topper and it was provided. Nothing is really a problem for the staff. Room was on -1 level. That room was also very hot which was strange as it wasn't getting much sun. We had to keep turning the air conditioner on and off and the bathroom flooring was always hot.
