It was clean and owner was helpful in trying to help me find the apartment and to open the electronic lock .

The instructions to enter the property were not clear. I couldn’t find the apartment as the instructions were not clear and it was dark and poorly signed. Plus, the physical keys were not in the safety box (as stated on the check in instructions) and the automated door lock took me 20minutes to open. The automated unlock using my cell phone did not function and the physical keys were not in the safety box - it was a very distressing experience. I also felt that the location did not feel safe for me late at night.

Maybe just the location

I dont know where to start… First the check in was at 17:00. We went there at 17:15 and the cleaning was still ongoing. We waited in the building hall which is in terrible condition. Managed to check in around 18:00. Then a key was supposed to be left in a master lock, but guess what, it was not there… This is unbelievable. One of the nights we could not sleep because the mosquitoes were everywhere. Then we saw that actually one of the windows cannot close and the mosquito net is broken too. Because of that its also too noisy, also stains on the bed and pillows, no doors in the toilet or bathroom, bathroom dirty, building coming out of horror movie, bath dirty, you cannot have proper rest there. Avoid. AVOID. AVOID

Our stay was lovely the apartment is close to the centre and the central train station. It has very spacious rooms. There is a hair dryer and a flat iron. Towels,soap and shower gel were in the room. There is a fridge and dishes. The hydrobath was amazing and the TV is right above it, it’s smart TV so u can play Netflix or Youtube and just enjoy.

Dish soap was missing. There is no wardrobe. U definitely need slippers for there

Apartment renovated, but poorly. I mean it is renovated, but not everything works

First of all there was very hard to find the apartment as it is not marked at all. We tried to call the contact that we had on the booking but nobody was answering. Eventually we found the apartment. Staircase in the building looks like from the horror. In many places there was no plaster of the walls. Remote for air conditioning was missing. There was no hair dryer. We had to call personnel to bring it. We got it second day of stay. After getting remote for the air condition, person taking care of the apartment could not turn it on. Apparently it was broken. There is no door on the toilet. Tiles under the shower were cracked and not glued to the floor. In the apartment there was unpleasant smell from the sewage system, so all clothes were stinking after three days. It might be the problem of the building, not the apartment, just informing future guests to consider it. Floor in the apartment was dirty, we felt dirt under the feet. The are better places to stay.

Very nice and spacious apartment with jacuzzi. We really enjoyed it and could really relax here. Very close to the appartement there is a very nice bakery with delicious pastry.

Some mosquito's in the room.

It was filthy, there were hair strands on the bed, and the whole room reeked of something unpleasant. When we connected with the owner he said the room was cleaned and we can’t get a compensation or a refund. Therefore we had to spend the night elsewhere which was much better.

The number from the door is missing,and quite hard to find,it was good to have some clues,pictures showing the entrance,some informations about how to get there from airport to city,something like a small travel guidance.
