This place is very clean. The backyard is nice and the neighborhood felt safe and was quiet

The most important amenity should be a comfortable bed to sleep in. You won’t find that here; it felt like I was being folded in 3, backwards (room near kitchen). I notified the owner immediately who claimed the bed is fairly new, however, the box spring is visibly sagging. The 8” sponge (not a mattress) is not suitable for adult bodies. Even on the floor, it still sunk in and hurt my back. Owner had no sympathy for me sleeping on the floor. Said the listing is as-is and can’t give any comps. My last night here, the front door didn’t work at all. I panicked until I remembered I could enter from the back. There are also all kinds of noise in the floors and doors at night. It’s an old house. Oh there’s coffee, but no creamer. I was told creamer’s not provided. Not one night of good sleep was had here.

It was a nice place, Clean, nice neighborhood. The bathroom was beautiful.

I saw mice, didn’t have good internet service, I really needed that. Also need a new mattress in front bedroom. One bedroom had a tv that didn’t work.

very clean, gas grill is just great there is everything for a comfortable stay

the neighbors upstairs are very noisy, they constantly smoke marijuana and all the stench comes into our room. the mattresses are very hard and worn out, the pillows are very uncomfortable, the beds are very creaky and there is a clear problem with their construction
