"We’ve came to Ocean Reef the last 25 years and love it there. This was our first bad experience."

I like the restaurants, pools, hot tub.

The air conditioner in our room rattled so loudly when it came on, woke us up everytime it came on at night. We had planned to stay 6 nights but went home a day early due to being exhausted because we couldn’t sleep in our room for more that 5-10 minutes. One of the older guys around the pool area was so hateful about us getting towels. Yelled we couldn’t take them to the beach. I told him we weren’t going to the beach, just the chairs by the poolside. He wasn’t even the person giving out towels. Looked more like a maintenance guy. Other than the above issues, it was fine.

The view and balcony was nice. It was okay for what it was.

This is smaller, just an FYI, which I could've just misunderstood what it was. We didn't realize it was just a bought hotel room, we thought it was going to be more condo like. It seemed clean and probably was for the most part but then a HUGE roach came running out from under the bed. This is just an FYI for property management so they can get it treated if need be, this did not ruin anything for us and we tend to have some grace and understanding.

Beautiful view, property management was quick to respond when needed.

Parking is an issue (especially if you come back late) and people smoking on other balconies made it difficult to enjoy sitting out.

The room was clean and perfect location to the beach! It was comfortable and airy. The balcony was really good size and our kids loved watching the sun come up. The pool was great with plenty of space for the kids, including the little splash area for our youngest.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. If I had to pick anything, a closet in the room would been great to hang our nicer clothes for dinner, but it wasn't a deal breaker. We made it work and the good most definitely outweighed anything.
