Nothing to be honest was good.

Checked in at 3.30 pm. Nobody was there to help us checked in, later security informed to proceed to room as keys in room. No wifi in room. Bathroom without any amenities at all. No hot water. Bed was uncomfortable, no utensils for kitchen .. Will never come back again.

The bathroom shower drain was clogged. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, bathroom smelled like urine. Heater was not working.

.. I arrived at 2.30 for a 2pm check in, I was told to wait 10 mins, that turned into half an hour of me waiting in the building lobby with no further communication. The security guard then told me to wait outside, he said I could sit in the plant box, which was already occupied by 4 men and a beggar. Someone came and gave me a key and said to leave it in the room when I leave. He apologised for the delay saying he was very busy. The room was filthy, someone had obviously just gone in and hosed down the bathroom, everything was covered in water, however, the shower was full of hair, the mirror covered in Toothpaste spots, there was hair ( not mine ) on and in the toilet, old shampoo packet on the ledge in the shower, the towels were marked, not sure if dirty or stained but i didnt use them. The kitchen...the fridge had old food in it, the dishes were dirty when I went to have my meal. The bed linen had not been changed ( im a cleaner at a resort, I know the difference between fresh linen and an attempt to straighten used linen). The Pillows had hair on them and so did the bed. The bedside lamp didn't work. The chair provided had cigarette burn on it and was broken. The drain on the balcony had old cigarette butts in it. The floor was so dirty, I did a quick sweep with a broom I found and had a very decent pile of dirt and hair. I'm a backpacker and a camper, I'm not a princess at all, but this place was so disgusting, i travel with my own pillow, sheet and towel ( backpacking), if not for that and the fact that it was raining and I was exhausted, I would left. It was the worst experience with a paid room I've ever had and I've travelled the world extensively. After backpacking through remote Indonesia and philipines for the past 2 months, this was not only the most expensive but the most disgusting.

Good location if you are a single guy who wants some action. The owner is a concerned polite guy eventho the place is shit.

Location is not good for families, especially with children. Very noisy during the day and at night. Be careful with the oven hood as i hit my head. Very wrongly installed. The faucet was broken and leakes water, the tiles in the bathroom are like flauting over a swamp. The lavabo had cracks and missing parts. And waited too long for the checkin. No mention of it but you have to pay 1000php for deposit.
